Worst lodging experience in my lifetime of nearly 63 years. No need to go into all the details- the place needs to be condemned. I learned from it- should have slept in my car and went a rest stop in the morning to freshen up. I stayed only for the reason to take a shower- no hot(or warm) water to shower with in the morning. Again, was my worst lodging experience ever. I don’t recommend staying there!

The knobs were broken on the ac unit, the towel bar was broken, no towels, the carpet felt grimy. I ordered a non smoking room and it smelled of cigarette smoke and had burns on the covers.

The first room they gave me was smelly and had flying bugs/ants on the floor. The 2nd room was dirty! Soiled wall and toilet. Not buttons on the AC unit and it was 90 degrees outside! I wish I could upload pictures and videos.

The receptionist gave me the room key and there were already guests in that room and I opened the door for them at 11:20 p.m. How bad was that?

Your rating of the hotel as a 3 star it was a 2 or less it was a dump. We checked in and got another room at the Plaza, which actually was a 4-star hotel. Your booking research stinks. We'll call the hotels for booking for that, and this one thing I received was a Veterans discount on a 4 star, which saved me over 600 dollars
