The room wasn’t clean. The floors were not mopped as you could see salt residue from previous snow days.

Location. Close to a lot of stores and food options

Very run down motel. The door lock was not working properly, took 4’tries to unlock the door each time. Bed was not comfortable and the pillows were awful. I went and bought some at a nearby store… the floors were not swept and even though it was a smoking room, the smoke smell was severely overpowering.
