Room not being 42 degrees upon arrival, the snow removed from the parking lot and sidewalks. There was no phone in the room. The front office smelled like weed smoking going on.

Location

The linens were stained, the towel looked dirty. The walls and door in bathroom were damaged. Wall near door had something red like jelly on it. Staff wasn't nice!

"It was the worst hotel/motel I’ve ever laid eyes on in my 34 years of living!!"

⚠️‼️ ☣️ I liked nothing about it !!!!!This place is a bio hazard.☣️ My wife and OUR YOUNGER kids CAME IN TOWN TO VISIT NEED A SUM TO SLEEP THE DRIVE OFF AND ENDED UP BARELY ABLE TO SLEEP FOR DAYS AFTER less than a minute at this location. We didn’t set a single bag down luckily. I spotted bugs before we could unload dead and alive roaches accompanied by bed bugs 🤦🏾‍♂️ I couldn’t make this up if I wanted to 🤯 I sent photos to booking staff through the chat and they checked me out and helped me find a different location and brand I left and went to country inn and suites. Which as usual was clean and comfortable, quiet and welcoming. HOLLAND–ECONOLODGE WAS NOTHING LIKE IT WAS BEFORE I MOVED OUT OF TOWN😢, I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER EVER EVEN DRIVE MY SUV THROUGH THE PARKING LOT OF THIS ECONO-LODGE. —**This property is infested with bed bugs and roaches that is the main issue customer service was poor and the woman seemed appalled and offended that I refuse to Allie my children to sleep with parasitic bugs and disgusting roaches. She couldn’t fathom why I couldn’t stay at least one night **

"Won't be back."

The staff that worked at the front desk the lady in Man was very very nice but overall the room was dirty the floors was dirty the tub I couldn't take a shower the sink was leaking I could not walk barefooted because the floors was filthy that beds was squeaky it was awful I would not return but overall the staff at the front desk was great

The rooms look like trap hotels.. awful dirty everything.
