"Aborted due to fire."

I spent one night out of the four I paid for and a fire broke out about 5 am the following morning. Long story short, I paid $350, and have only received $50 of the promised @$250 Customer Service said I was being refunded. So, am I still being charged for 2 nights despite only being there for one?

The staff was super sweet the young lady made me feel so welcome even though I was struggling on the inside she didn’t know and her kindness is extremely appreciated
