Very noisy in the hallways, etc.

Convenient location, close to shopping and dining.

Nothing spectacular...but a nice hotel

The windows do not open, the obsolete air conditioning unit cannot be controlled and is extremely noisy ruining your sleep as it constantly goes on and off during the night Very dated hotel in need of renovations Constant deafening equipment noise in the hallway

The hotel overall was very nice but the walk-in shower was extremely small

There is room for improvement in this hotel. Pros rooms and lobby are spacious, staff I pleasant, free parking good wifi. Yet the place looks dated, slow elevator, tired furniture and carpets. The worse part is the noise. On a hot day arriving at our floor a deafening noise in the corridor came from some equipment that I assume was linked to AIr conditioning of a sort.It never stopped during our stay. Once in the room we were greeted by the room's air conditioning unit which also was very noisy. The windows did not open and you could not control the A/C unit which went on and off through the night depending on the thermostat and waking us up constantly, . In the clean bathroom the shower could also use an update.

Close proximity to our event. Facilities were quite clean and very comfortable!

No Power due to storms. I Get that. So why did you let me book it. and. drive. just Inconsiderate.

No power at hotel. Was not notified so we might change plans. In this age of communication it would not have been hard to send an email and text to all affected.
