The overall staff the location was perfect the atmosphere was perfect the breakfast was even excellent and overall experience was excellent

I can say there was no dislike about the whole entire experience

Facility overall smelled and looked dirty.

We arrived and were immediately hit with a strong mold smell. It wasn’t isolated to one area — it carried through the entire property, including the common areas and our room. Cleanliness and air quality are the bare minimum, and this completely missed the mark. Breakfast was very subpar. Limited options, poor quality, and nothing about it improved the experience. The photos online do not reflect reality. What is advertised looks nothing like what you actually walk into. The condition and overall feel of the property were far below expectations. When we raised our concerns, we were simply told “sorry.” That’s not resolution. I used my points for this stay, and based on what we experienced, those points should absolutely be refunded. And for context — we stay in hotels from January through April at least twice a month. We travel constantly and know what to expect from a property. This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. Very disappointing from start to finish.

Nothing but good things to say about this Hotel. Clean. Great breakfast. Kenny on the desk was very helpful and had great attitude. A snowy, icey weekend - but all good!

Checking in and out was fast and easy. Market was well stocked. Bed was comfortable.

Bathroom did not have working ventilation so it became steamed up immediately. Also meant general bathroom odor remained in the room. The air conditioning unit did not seem to fully affect the room Even at max.
