The staff was friendly

It was a catfish, the hotel pictures were not of the place we stayed. It was dirty, smelly, pool closed, ac broken and made a loud noise, they clearly didnt change the sheets, spiders in the bed and human hair, keys kept not working, TV didnt work, had to install the cable box, breakfast was lacking, no hot water in the room.

We booked this place cause it had an indoor pool for granddaughter birthday to find out the pool was closed, the lady was rude and tried to say the app says seasonal and no it doesn’t. Also was supposed to have breakfast and they served little muffins Or granola bar, the room was dry and smelled as if someone had smoked in it. Glad we only stayed 2 nites!
