The staff were friendly and were able to speak with me in English. They also went out of their way to help me when I faced some logistical challenges. The room was beautiful, in excellent condition, and well maintained. The breakfast buffets are also terrific!

Nous avons passé un agréable weekend avec ma femme et mon fils de 2ans. L'hôtel est idéalement situé entre le centre ville et le parc proche de l'eau. La chambre était très spacieuse et le lit confortable. Weekend très reposant au sein de l'hôtel!

Receptionist not very friendly, no staff around due to CV19. Strange experience. Our small dog was permitted in the Hotel, but not in the Restaurant - not very helpful.

Overall the hotel and rooms were very nice. The town was so fun. The service at the restaurant was extremely slow. It seemed as though each table has multiple waiters but they couldn’t remember who did what. It took over 30 minutes to get water and a glass of wine after we ordered it. The massage at the spa was good however the service up to getting the massage was nonexistent. My husband and I sat and waited at least 30 minutes even with an appointment. The spa staff would just walk past us and no say anything. I finally had to chase someone down to get help while the receptionist sitting 5 feet from us ignored us. Overall the service of the hotel was below average.

"Absolutely recommended, just fix air conditioning "

Very nice hotel in excellent location, closely to everything. Only problem was broken air conditioning, fortunately outside temperature was around 21C, do wide opening window partially fix the problem

Top class hotel and spa facility; I will be coming back as Vichy is a very nice town with pleasant lake-side walks.

"Smart hotel with a great room and bathroom."

Lovely hotel but disappointed we could not get a convenient reservation in the restaurant. Ate in the Blue Bar though, which was relaxed and enjoyable.
