Hébergement plus que correct. Diner au bar plus que moyen. Plats passables. Une note particulière pour les blinis accompagnant le saumon arrivés dans l'assiette directement du réfrigérateur. Le garçon à qui cela a été dit a répondu qu'il le savait déjà car on lui avait déjà fait la remarque...

Lovely hotel with a nice terrace with views of the park. The bed was amazing, as was the bathtub ! Dinner in the main restaurant was amazing! Had the best magret de canard on my entire month long trip across France. Love this place

Etablissement confortable, luxueux et bien équipé. De plus, ayant dû écourter notre séjour à Vichy pour raison familiale, l'équipe s'est montrée compréhensive et attentionnée. C'était fort appréciable.

Hôtel très propre, bien situé près du Parc Napoleon et le petit plus c’est la passerelle qui mène directement au spa Celestins. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner très varié. Le seul petit bémol c’est l’étroitesse des toilettes.

"Sejour très agréable."

Receptiô et prise en charge des valiwes et voiture très pro. Chambre spacieuse, bien aménagée et avec superbe vue sur le parc et le lac. Piscine propre et bien chauffée. Nous navons pas mangé dans l'hotel oar e que la carte ne semblait pas très intéressante.

"Très décevant..."

Absence d'eau thermale au Spa sans en avoir été avertis à la réservation (ce qui à la base motivait notre séjour) Aucune compensation. Pas d'eau chaude dans la chambre, 2 matins de suite. Très décevant.....
