Sublime, chambre spacieuse , hôtel digne d’un palace. Les soins sont du très haut niveau. Le personnel très chaleureux, professionnel, toujours souriant bienveillant, disponible et à l’écoute . Les yeux pleins les étoiles , une parenthèse enchantée. Très belle décoration . Petit déjeuner royal. J’ai tout adoré et je compte y revenir. Merci à toute la team de l’hôtel pour m’avoir fait passer un sublime séjour .

Lovely hotel, I wanted to use the hotel pool, however it was still being refurbished, so the staff gave me a free pass to the Thermal Baths.

Staff are incredibly friendly and accomodating. Julie, the manager in the bar is the best! She will tell you where to go for dinner, lunch and help you explore the best parts of Vichy! Cannot recommend this hotel more highly. Outdoor areas are wonderful and they are situated right on the promenade.
