5 night stay in April. Just want to say how much we loved this room. The little kitchen and separate bedroom. So nice. Everything was spotless. Great housekeeping. Pool area very nice. The only downfall was that the heater was broken. We had the option of swimming at the Courtyard Mariott pool about 5 minutes away. Not so nice Other than the cold pool this hotel was great. Definitely stay again

The free breakfast was wonderful! If you wanted a full breakfast they had it. If you just wanted yogurt or a bagel they had that. Everything was well stocked and the staff were friendly. The location is wonderful! Short drive to the beach. Short drive to a huge variety of restaurants. Checking in on Thursday I had requested an early arrival at noon and the room was ready when I got there. I made a stupid mistake and accidentally double booked the room. The woman at the front desk took care of it with no issue. Sorry, I didn't get her name but thank you for your help! It started my vacation on a good note.

I was disappointed that the spa was not working. It is one my favorite things to do. The pool was open so I used that instead.

Room was nice and spacious, bed comfortable. Breakfast decent with lots of different food. Location was convenient.

Picky, but no trash can in the grooming area, just in the bathroom, had to open door, go around it and find trash can. Also, the Sport Court was interlocking tiles, not a good surface for basketball, pickleball, etc. A fall and it's like landing on a cheese grater. Slippery when wet...

It was close to my destination. It’s clean, very friendly staff.

I think over $200 for 1 night is excessive. Parking should be included

The hotel is very nice! The room looks new with nice decor and furniture. Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Very close to the airport.

I think breakfast was not so great! But it was okay. And our room had a lot of pets fur. So my clothes were full of fur. Also, I'm allergic so it was a bit of an issue for me.

This hotel recently completed a remodel, and the new rooms are beautiful — modern, comfortable, and a great reflection of what the Residence Inn brand should represent. I’ve stayed with this brand for quite some time, and I was genuinely impressed by the room design and overall feel of the property. The night auditor who checked me in was polite and friendly, which made for a pleasant arrival. However, the two evening front desk agents (one appeared to be a supervisor) could use some additional customer service training. Their lack of engagement and inconsistent communication left a poor impression. There also seems to be miscommunication between management and staff. One operations manager told me I could stay in my room until 4 p.m., but an hour later I was informed that I had to check out immediately — despite being a Titanium member. This was disappointing, as I had already planned my day around the late checkout and had to rush to leave unexpectedly. Breakfast was decent but limited. Not everyone wants strawberry waffles every day, and most Residence Inns typically offer two waffle options — especially at a Disney-area property that hosts both families and business travelers. Overall, while the remodel is impressive and the hotel has great potential, the lack of communication and inconsistency in service prevent it from delivering the seamless experience guests expect from the Residence Inn brand. However, I would stay again as it is a nice hotel with a great location, despite the minor inconveniences.

I have stayed here before

Very nice hotel. However check-in was a problem. On a previous reservation, I was able to check-in early. This time, check-in took a long time. Had an event to attend and this check-in for 4pm put us behind schedule. I feel I’m paying for that full day but not getting the benefits of my room until 4pm. Kudos to Charles for checking me in when he did.
