Convenient area

Paid over $200 to sleep when we were expecting all the amenities they said they offered but didn’t find out until we paid and got there that everything was shut down

"Outrageous $75 pet fee, $15 is fair at La Quinta."

Ver y clean. Comfortable beds

I paid $15 and $25 pet fee at La Quintas, Days Inn and Quality Inns for my small dog. I was CHARGED $75 BY Residence Inn. Almost the amount for the nightly fee of &135. The pet fee is so inflated, I don't plan to stay at Residence Inn again when I take my dog. The other hotels pet fees are fair.

Nice place. You can bring your own food to cook. The room has a kitchen with pots, pans & dishes to use. I only gave it 4 stars because the pool was disgusting. The water was green. You couldn’t see the bottom. I was disappointed because my kids love to swim and we couldn’t. They put a Maintenance sign on the pool after I asked if it would get cleaned. And I can not forget about Ms. Patricia in the kitchen!!! She did a great job with the food. Friday night she did nachos, baked potatoes and baked chicken breast! Soooo delicious!!! We will book again when we return that way!

"Clean room, but staff lacking "

It all started when we got there to check in and there was no one at the front desk. We stood and waited for over 10 min, even tried calling the hotel from my phone to try and get someone to come to front desk, and there was no answer. After another 5 min of waiting someone finally came and check us in. No apologizing, not acknowledging the long wait time, nothing. The hotel isn’t horrible, it needs fresh coats of paint in the walls, and lots of repairs. The room itself was nice, clean, and very comfortable, but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

"We’ll probably come back and hope for better"

It’s a beautiful property and we liked the location. The room was very clean and we like the swivel tv a lot. The desk was large and helpful.

The bed was so uncomfortable I didn’t sleep all night and there were dirty specs in all of the drinks at breakfast. The couch had a big scratch and the microwave handle was broken. The pool wasn’t open and the clerk said we’ll that’s while people call ahead. It didn’t help my eleven year old feel better by any means.
