"Dont stay there"

Dirty, sleazy people doing drugs and you can hear people having sex through the walls. Hair in corners of the bathroom

Some How I got double Booked. Front Desk told me there wasn't anything that they could do about it. I asked that the Manager call me when he got in. 2 days later I still never heard from him. Hotels.com canceled one of the reservations. After speaking with the Manager he wouldn't Refund me for the 2nd one. He wasn't very understanding and didn't seem to care and told Me I was out of Luck. I will never Book there Again.

Water in the bathroom was not hot, just warm. There were no table, chair, and hangers in a room. Everything seemed unclean. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed.

When we got to the hotel, I noticed there was stains in the curtains and it made me nervous. I tried to cancel and they said I would still have to pay full price in order to cancel. I then checked into my hotel room & there was a used towel hanging behind bathroom door. Then our bed sheets were dirty didn’t seemed like they washed them because there was also loose women hair on the bed. We Then turned on the air conditioner/heater & dust came out of it like it hadn’t been used, and was falling apart & had tape holding it together. Also, the locks on the door seemed old and had one bottom lock and a chain lock. I feel there should be more to the locks since the doors to the rooms are outside and anyone could try and break in. This place made me feel uncomfortable and not safe. Most likely won’t book here again.

"My stay at Americas Best value Inn"

My stay at Americas Best value Inn. I found the stay to be very enjoyable the gentleman at the front desk was incredible help me out very much I am a disabled vet and I have health issues and the people here have been watching my back checking on me just incredible the room was clean nothing fancy but in this neighborhood this is the safest place you can be. I read the reviews I do believe that was with the previous owners or management it is completely changed it’s just nice to see people caring as the people at this hotel practice’s.If I ever travel this direction again I most definitely would stay at Americas Best value Inn.
