Convenient location for Sounder Train

The staff is nice,always accommodating

The rooms definitely need to be cleaned and remodeled. New carpet, paint, some fixtures, and for Pete’s sake clean the bathrooms. The linens were clean but that was about it. The floor and bathroom in the first room I was assigned was terribly worn out and dirty but as I was about to leave they upgraded me to a room with new carpet. This was the only room with new carpet. I was very thankful for that at least. I had a dog with me and they allowed pets in certain rooms. There was a fenced pet area with a lot of blackberry bushes. That first room I was assigned was a pet room and it smelled like it :( I must admit I read the reviews before checking in, but the price was lower than other hotels, and I thought ‘how bad could it be’. I would’ve rather spent a little bit more for a clean place that felt safe. The man at the front desk was super friendly and tried to be as accommodating as possible and that really goes along way!

Overall Ok

This is a motel inn so I'm not expecting much as I do when I go to a hotel. And this was a last-minute trip. The staff and check-in was great. I had a few problems with the room. The main one was the toilet had no water pressure to flush. I had to do a number two in the middle of the night and was shocked I couldn't flush it. I wasn't gonna get dressed and go to the front desk and tell them my problem or call and have them check it out (and have to get dressed). I let them know when I checked out and they kinda seemed to be aware of the problem. The other thing was, no TV remote. I got into bed and got ready to watch TV and there was nothing. Had to get dressed and go to the front desk.

The front desk was rude asking everybody that was with me for ID. We were tired and wanted to get some sleep.Also check in clerk took his time,very slow.Bed very uncomfortable,dirty bathroom. Paid for three days,no clean towels even though we requested them twice. Manager very noisy,always walking around in front of our room.On second day both key cards were cancelled, had to deal with a very rude and slow front desk employee. Will never stay there again.

I would highly recommend not staying here.The service was horrible the location was decent but the overall stay was very unpleasant do yourself a favor book somewhere else!!!

When I was checking in people were were lurking around in the parking lot. The desk clerk had to chase them away.. The lobby seemed clean that is afar as I got. I COULD NOT STAY! DID NOT FEEL SAFE

Feels old and dirty. Unable to use coffee pot. Noisy people upstairs and outside until 1 am. Need more pillows.

Comfortable bed,Clean hotel room. Fridge , microwave, coffee maker in room. Family friendly, smoke free rooms however there are areas if you need a smoke break. We were satisfied with our stay im just a little upset- the gentleman at the counter was really friendly and explained they are under new ownership [clearly his family since he was paging his dad over to help check in] however didnt mention we wouldn't be getting continental breakfast, which is included in what we paid..., had I not ASKED about it we would have been up early looking for a meal, so I felt deceived. We are understanding of Covid restrictions but just be straight forward with your next guest to avoid a bad experience. All in all , comfortable stay after a 12 hr drive- easy check in and check out. Cleaning people were actively in the rooms so as I mentioned I recommend if you want a clean place for your families. Gated parking. Easy access to food and gas. We will give them a try after they've settled in, next time we are in town.
