Elevator was broken. Given an accessible room on the first floor which would have been fine but the tub didn’t drain. Second room was ok, but the clerk said “there are no other rooms available” and then she came up with one. Parking lot was empty. Rear door from the parking lot did not respond to my key. Breakfast was pitiful—but I didn’t expect much.

Very mediocre stay. Was given option to pay extra for early check-in, but called ahead to confirm and was told it would be an hour later. When I checked an hour later, was told the hotel was full and wouldn’t be ready until original check-in time. When I arrived it was clear the hotel was NOT full. Elevator was broken, air conditioner was barely holding on. Entire hotel smelled like marijuana. Light in bathroom did not work. Entire facility was run down. I knew I wasn’t staying in a 5-star hotel, but a clean environment that doesn’t smell is not too much to ask for, in my opinion.

Hay cucarachas en los pasillos, tengan cuidado.

El desayuno se agradece, pero no esperes mas que Wafles y cafe. En su publicidad del desayuno se muestran huevos y salchichas, nada de eso hubo.

The room was big and had nice amenities

The back door to facility did not work so I had to walk all the around the building to get inside

Older hotel, outside not good looking, breakfast was ok, rooms were good

The service was absolutely horrible. The lady at the front counter was rude. When I check in should I be standing in the lobby for 20 minutes when I could hear her in the back on a personal phone call? The next morning when I went to the checkout I had to ask repeatedly what her name was. (Anu)
