"wake up call an hour late, tv choices were terrible, phone was broken wouldn't stay there again"

didn't eat there

We reserved a wheelchair accessible room with a wheel in shower, were assured we had one and arrived to find out it wasn't a roll in shower so no shower for me. toilet was so low almost impossible to get off.

The cleaning staff and front desk lady were wonderful. The rooms were spacious, needed some .minimal repairs, but in great shape for the age of the hotel. But your cleaning staff was amazing and so nice.

The pool was dirty and pretty cold. The pool was also regularly out of towels.
