"No communication… and had random guy walked inside my room with his key when I had my own"

The last two times I have stayed there I have had an issue and nothing have been done with I don’t get an answer back of my situation that I DID report in the front office

"I didn’t get to stay but they took my money"

They told me my payment didn’t go through so I couldn’t check in then they proceeded to charge me a late fee for not checking in on time then I find out my original payment didn’t go through and now they are refusing to refund my money (I never stayed because she said my payment didn’t work)
