The Ritz-Carlton, Boston

Loved spending our 44th Anniversary overnight in Boston, this is our 3rd year in a row and the Ritz-Carlton Boston is our go-to and most favorite place to stay when we are in Boston. April is a fabulous time to visit, everything is just starting to bloom, so many beautiful flowering trees and bulb plants - great location to walk around the Boston Common, Theatre district, Newbury St. and Copley area. The area and hotel is rich in history, and the rooms are nicely appointed. The Ladies and Gentlemen of the Ritz-Carlton Boston are there to service you and ensure your stay is the best it can be from your arrival, to check-in (and check-out), The Club Lounge, Artisan Bistro, Avery Bar and the added perk of enjoying the Equinox Fitness Center during your stay. Thank you to Mr. William Bunce and the Ladies and Gentlemen at the Ritz Carlton Boston for another special anniversary memory! From first phone call and email to last moment leaving, every single staff member of this hotel clearly treated us like royalty and family. I have never seen such remarkable customer care and genuine, heartfelt hospitality. I wish I had everyone's names-- because, truly, EVERYONE treated us so well. Ryan R. McDonnell, Ouijdan Ben Mehdi, all the Valet attendants, front desk staff, restaurant staff, Emily Reed the hostess at the restaurant, Brahim Baissi, room service staff, housekeeping staff, bartender, everyone! And the festive ways you helped us celebrate our birthdays made it all SUPERB. THANK YOU! We will return! :-)

Great stay

Lovely room, very spacious room and bathroom

Take a look at the elevators at the Ritz-Carlton Boston. I can’t even imagine what would’ve happened if I had entered with a stroller and my small child. Or how I would’ve managed to get out of that broken elevator in an emergency. Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this level. I got stuck in a broken elevator at The Ritz-Carlton Boston — and no one even noticed. After finally getting out, I called the concierge myself and asked if they were aware that a guest had just been stuck in the elevator. They said, “No, we didn’t know.” No one checked the cameras. No one responded. Even worse — a housekeeping staff member was right there near the elevator. I told her the elevator was broken and that I was stuck inside. She didn’t even come closer or ask if I was okay. Just walked away.
