Great hotel

What a fabulous stay! The room was great, the staff was fantastic and the food was delicious. Everyone in my family really enjoyed it.

While the hotel is in a great location, the service was very poor. When I went to use the shower for the first time (in the ridiculously outdated bathroom), there was a new plastic bottle of bath gel with a nest of someone’s long gray hairs wrapped around it. Disgusting. When I brought it to the front desk’s attention, I was told a manager would reach out. Never heard from anyone. There were other issues, but this one was really gross and more disturbing that no one reached out. Not worth the money to stay here. Plenty of other, more affordable hotels nearby with better service. This hotel is a disgrace to the Ritz Carlton brand.

This ritz was very good. I had a club room and the club lounge was fantastic. Rooms, where good, staff was good, everthing was good,not great, (except for the club lounge). Would highly reccommend, as this prperty is not as expensive in others in boston. Very solid and somewhat reasonable pricing.

Highly recommend RC Boston. We had a corner suite same floor as the lounge- worth it. The room was tastefully appointed with a beautiful city view. As always the service at RC was what one would expect and they did not disappoint. Waiting for us in our room was a bottle of champagne and dessert as a gesture of our celebration weekend. It’s the small details that always stand out.

The Gym was amazing and the staff made sure everything was perfect in our room. This is close to everything that you want to do. Everything was in walking distance.

Excellent stay! The Boston location is one of our favorite RCs. We were warmly welcomed to the hotel and despite a delay in our suite being ready we felt taken care of in the interim (thank you to the front desk agent a lovely woman whose name escapes me). We were celebrating my father's birthday and they went above and beyond to make sure he felt special (he said the hotel and the floor seats for his beloved Celtics were his highlights for the weekend!). The views of the Common from the suite were lovely and we enjoyed being able to walk to the MLK Sculpture and the Boston Ballet. My sister and I both attended undergraduate school in Boston but had never stayed at the RC so it was nice to experience the city from this location. We also used the attached Equinox Sports Club. This is the only quibble-- the front desk staff at the Equinox were quite surly. Pre-pandemic I was an Equinox Sports Club member in NYC and never encountered such cold reception from the staff. This of course is a problem for Equinox to sort out and I did enjoy the convenience of being able to access the club from within the hotel. We also greatly enjoyed our breakfasts/brunches downstairs at Artisan. Overall we had a sybaritic experience-- so much so that we will be returning again to celebrate dad's bday this year!

Amazing stay, everything was perfect in this location. Immaculate well appointed rooms, amazing breakfast, & staff on point. Location can't be beat right next to Boston Commons with total walkability !!! Treat yourself to this amazing property if you are planning to visit Boston, you will NOT be disappointed !!!
