Quarto confortável, bem localizado, transporte na porta do hotel para Veneza, bom café da manhã. Estacionamento no local.

Café da manhã não estava incluído no preço da estadia, banheira dos dois quartos com vazamento, inundando os banheiros. Gastamos 160 euros entre taxas e café da manhã para 4 pessoas, por dois dias. Booking não informava esse valor.

"experience was extremely disappointing, It does not meet even basic standards of cleanliness comfort"

I booked two rooms to stay with my three children, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The rooms were in terrible condition — old, broken furniture, filthy carpets covered in stains, and broken window blinds. Several power outlets didn’t work, and the air conditioning was loud and barely functional. The bathrooms were especially unacceptable, with black mold, water damage, and an overall sense of neglect. The hallways were dark and depressing, with damaged, stained carpets that added to the feeling of uncleanliness and decay. This hotel is in urgent need of renovation and better maintenance. It does not meet even basic standards of cleanliness or comfort

LAs HAbitaciones muy buenas... para viajar con familia, piezas conectadas.. todo impecable, salvo el aire acondicionado.. que se controlaba desde recepcion y hacia mucho calor durante toda la noche.. el resto todo bien.. el desayuno muy bueno!

Bardzo dobry hotel blisko Wenecji. Wielki pokój, idealny dla rodziny, akceptuje zwierząt. Maja podziemny parking (niestrzeżony). Blisko komunikacja miejska, można dojechać do Wenecji w 20 minut.
