Andrea was very helpful on check-in and throughout our stay. The service at the bar with Giuseppe was very good. Bus directly outside the hotel to Venice was excellent. The hotel accommodated our interconnecting family room request, which meant for 2 adults and 3 children, we had plenty of space.

The walk from the train station to hotel didnt feel like great location as it was a bit run down but once we reached hotel it was fine.

Location, parking, food

Condition of furniture, carpets, doors, lights, just everything. It's simply unacceptable. This hotel charges more money for some exclusivity but ... everything is old, scratched and needed replacement 10 years ago. Hotel management ... do something already!!!

"Gut, aber sollte Sanierung statt findnen."

Hotel mit 4 Sternen leider in Jahre gekommen. Eine Sanierung bzw. Modernisierung wäre zu empfehlen. Fahren seit Jahren dort, jetzt aber soll was passieren!!!

Flure bzw. Teppiche mit vielen Flecken, alte Badewannen im Zimmer!
