Best Western the Inn at the Fairgrounds

Where is my refund? No response from Booking. No Response from best Western. Urine on bed upon arrival. Nothing provided from hotel. Left hotel. Still waiting on Refund and communication

Unfriendly staff Cobwebs over the bed Counter in the bedroom was not clean

It was close to the cheesecake factory

The jets weren't powerful at all the water wasnt getting hot enough and our keys stopped working the first night

Facility was clean

Area was quiet and the bathroom mirror was nice. Room was clean.

The rooms were ice cold upon arrival. They were out of body wash, and only had shampoo and conditioner. The room scan lock on one of the rooms broke and required us to change rooms. Staff was annoyed tried to blame our cell phone for the faulty lock. No customer service or customer accommodation whatsoever.
