Best Western the Inn at the Fairgrounds

The woman at the night desk was very rude. Did not interact at all. Difficult to understand. Did not explain about security deposit just demanded a credit card. She explained when we pushed but not well. Hotel needs facelift.

Good breakfast

The property was safe and the staff somewhat accommodating. The room(s) were clean and the business centre was of keen importance to me. The night staff was very helpful and responsive.

I stayed at this Best Western during a busy Parents Weekend and paid a premium rate, but unfortunately, it was a really disappointing stay. I had to switch rooms multiple times due to cleanliness issues—including one room that had soiled sheets. The staff’s response to that was really unhelpful. Overall, not the experience I expected for the price.

It was quiet but not clean and in disrepair in many aspects. Was okay for a clean bed for one night
