Front desk was nice. Room was average. No remote but did receive one a few hours later. Would I stay here again? No

Breakfast was really disappointing. A few pieces of bread, old fruit and cereal.

The location was convenient. The desk/check-in procedure was easy. But that is about it.

Better pillows. Better towels/washclothes and bathroom toiletries. We went to Dollar General and purchased some items.

Nice place , clean,but it needs a refresh.

L’hôtel est près de l’autoroute, donc facile d’accès. Un épicerie est proche, à 5 minutes à pied.

La chambre n’était pas propre, plancher très salle. La porte de la chambre ne fermait pas bien! La literie était propre, mais très très usée (déchirée). Dans le stationnement, il y avait un va et vient inhabituel pour un hôtel de ce genre.

Staff was very nice and courteous.

Rooms were old and dated, fridge had mold in it and chairs were stained. Sink had bugs in drainage pipes and bathroom walls were not cleaned. Blankets had cigarette burns in the blankets. Slept with towel over me. Grandson did as well. He refused to even use the face towels to bath. He is 8 yrs old. My 6 yr old had to be threatened to use the toilet.

Staff nice

Everything was slightly dirty and we has to ask for extra towels as not enough. The outside facilities were dirty with trash everywhere and the grass wasn’t cut so we had no place to walk our dog. Signage was poor, we missed it driving by. If we had other options we would have moved.

Breakfast was good. The check-in host was excellent. The first room was missing 3 lightbulbs, the bath sink mirror was seriously cracked and the lights were only on 1 of the 4 sides of the mirror leaving the area dim and the ceiling light at the sink was not illuminating the area. We were moved to another room. There, the jacuzzi was damaged, a lightbulb was missing. The entire building was in need of a significant upgrade. At the front desk, he clearly knew the area, and went out of his way to correct and improve our experience. He was hampered by the condition of the facility. This is not a typical Wyndham property.
