Price and location

Better pillows on bed. 4 very small flimsy pillows on king size bed. Heat/air unit broken vents settings had worn off could not tell what the functions were heat/air low high. Cracked decorative mirror on the wall

It was cheap

The fact the bathroom bath rub had hair still in it on the wall and floor and the toilet and mirror still had water marks on it even in the bedroom sink vanity had like tooth paste all over the front of it it was rather gross.
