Front desk gentleman was patient and helpful.

We didn't end up staying as there were cigarette burn marks on the bed in a smoke free room that smelled of smoke and used towels were hung on the back of the bathroom door. Then the second room they offered me, the sheets were ripped. After turning down the second room, the gentleman offered us a refund. So then we had to find a hotel after driving for 13 hours. Not a good experience
