-the rooms were not clean. My child’s feet were black after walking around on the floor they clearly had not been swept or mopped in who knows how long. -the sheets had dirt on them when we pulled them back -the towels were not clean -The drain did not drain in the shower. I had to stand in standing water to shower. -the waffle maker would not fully cook any of the waffles no matter how many times you let it run through. -complimentary breakfast was 2 types of cereal, waffles, and one type of bread/toast. -the guy at the front desk was not friendly when we requested extra towels (there were only 2 in our room) -the dead bold was broken to our room so I felt a little unsafe -one of our 3 rooms we reserved smelled of cigarettes and marijuana and we had to request a different room

The location and cost of the room.

During our stay we had to kill two very large bugs and the sink drain stopper was broken.

It looked like the staff worked really hard to clean the place. Floors and bathroom were clean. However, the sheets were stained, blankets had cigarette burns, and there were bugs in the room. There was only 1 towel in the bathroom. "Breakfast only had make-your-own waffles, and toast. Waffle mix was also very suspect. This wasn't the worst days inn we've stayed in, but probably 2nd worst.
