"Stay in Perugia "

Good location near Old Town. Near bus station or $10 taxi ride to train station. Breakfast was average. No complimentary coffee or tea and none in room. Nice balcony off room but no screens on window or door allowing bugs to fly in. Many nice restaurants easy walk to Old Town. Front desk staff not very friendly or informative.

Nice hotel but the facilities are a bit old and it feels like just a lodge hotel in a sense....not luxury at all as some of the photos show. But I liked the spacious room!

Wonderful location for a walking city. Very helpful and nice staff. Breakfast great. The bed was like a rock, and the windows needed to be closed to silence the city noise. However the air conditioner was too weak to cool the room. So your choice was to be hot or noisy if you had the window open.

The hotel is is an excellent location.the staff that booked us in where great the room was clean. Unfortunately the air conditioner broke down making staying in the room uncomfortable and the morning shift staff could not keep us up to date on a fix which did happen then broke again the next day

The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was tired and needs updating. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows awful. The room also has lots of lights which remain lit throughout the night - such as the smoke detector, the television etc. The hotel states it has a pool for the use of its guests - but beware, you have to pay 2 euros for a cap, 1.50 to use a bathrobe and 2 euros for slippers. Appalling treatment for what claims to be a four star establishment. False advertising not to explain this at booking stage. Breakfast was a bit unimaginative with the cooked food left uncovered and stone cold. Coffee was from a self-service machine - again not what one expects at a four star hotel.
