Hotel location was great. Very friendly staff. Loved onsite parking. Nice breakfast.

Very nice hotel - very helpful staff, large clean comfortable rooms. Let down by the quality of the restaurant and food. I would definitely stay again - but eat out 😊

No air conditioning to be found. Safe did not work. Could be better.

We chose hotel due to positive reviews. Our response: good location and good breakfast. However, very small rooms, almost no storage space and most of all, paper thin walls! If you need a goodnight sleep, don’t choose this hotel.

A very good base to explore Perugia, Assisi and other towns on the train line. Bus station very close and easy bus use to get down to the train station. My only negative is the luke warm scrambled eggs every day and having to tell the wait staff to refill the bowl.

location next to regional bus station was convenient, good size room, comfortable beds, A/C & WiFi were fine, limited int'l TV channels, safe & fridge were convenient, plastics glasses in a 4* hotels were not expected, breakfast was very average (below a 4* level), 2 of the 4 nights in the hotel breakfast was chaotic due to the amount of groups in the breakfast room competing with individual guests for coffee, foods, etc. Overall not a bad hotel but more a 3* than a 4*. The hotel is old and needs refurbishing,
