Hyatt Regency Morristown

The view from my room was great 16th floor saw the fireworks perfectly.

The attitude of the staff leaves a lot to be desired, I will just leave it at that, for the amount of money that I'm paying for the room, don't be belittling or have a you're doing me a favor demeanor. Charged me $25.00 extra to check in 45 minutes early. Charged me $50. 00 extra to park 2 cars because this hotel has no on-site parking. Asked and paid for a king-size bed, they gave me what looked like a queen and told me it was a king. The doors are not quiet at all when you close them, the people next door slammed the room door all night, and you could hear the people next door talking and laughing most of the night. There were no drinking glasses in the room, for water or anything, even though there was a coffee machine in there. There was no microwave. The refrigerator that was in the room didn't work. When I went to get the cars out of the parking garage it took me 45 minutes, had to go to the front desk twice, after I was in the exit stall and had 25 cars behind me, to get the parking ticket validated, even though the front desk staff registered the tickets as paid and validated not once but twice, that I had paid the $50. The front desk staff had to come down to the parking garage exit and try their badges, which they let approximately 20 cars go through a different exit ramp before me, for some reason, before I was allowed to exit. I have stayed in hotels all around the world, and this was the worst hotel experience, in a first-world country, that I have ever had, for the exorbitant price for the room and all the amenities that should have come with the room but didn't. ( Just saying, it's the small things, how are you gonna make me to park my car, to stay at your hotel, because you provide no parking anywhere, you understand what I'm saying? It's stuff like that throughout the whole stay)

The room was outstanding. Great staff. Would stay a 100 times over

My go to hotel when in Morristown The staff is congenial and uber friendly

Picked the Hyatt because they are supposed to have the best security Asked to leave because I was considered a security threat to to other clients staying at the hotel I even told the not to worry about me and only focus on protecting the other clients but I still had to leave Oh and my NOW DEAD ELECTRIC CAR IS STILL SITTING ON LEVEL 1

Great location a lot of restaurants near by , beautiful park, pharmacy around the corner, movie theater and restaurants in the same building
