"Exceptional"

Nice & quiet. Rooms could use some updating. Room was clean, bed very comfy. The main road into the hotel is under construction and makes the route in longer. I will stay here again when in the area.

"Terrible"

No towels, face cloths, and toilet paper had retrieved them from front desk, all we got was 2 towels said no face cloths available. Room wasn't cleaned after we were out for the day. Say something to the staff all you get is i didn't work that day/morning. Breakfast was awful. Turned me from ever staying at any best western

"Roanoke stay"

Room was clean. (212) The AC didn't seem to be working all that well. It never lowered the humidity in the room. Towels in the bathroom wouldn't dry. The tub didn't drain, and you had 3 inches of water at end of shower. The sink stopper was disconnected from lever and didn't work. Smallest TV I've seen in a modern hotel. The refrigerator was on max cold and didn't work all that great.

"Great stay! Only very minor issues"

The room was spacious and clean. It smelled like cleaning products when we walked in as well. It was well stocked with amenities. The bed was comfortable. The entire hotel seemed clean as well. The pool was well maintained, and the little outdoor sitting area was great. When I asked the desk clerk for extra items, they were supplied immediately. It was quiet for it being a hotel.

The room key sleeve looked to be used multiple times, i.e., tattered and slightly dirty. The TV remote could use a replacement. It was worn down in a lot of places, also giving it a dirty appearance. The rear door to the pool was propped open with a rock, so anyone without a keycard could enter the building without the staff knowing it.
