"The Place to Be"

My stay was excellent. Especially helpful was Monica Brosius. Any question was answered quickly and with a smile. The breakfast crew was pleasant and willing to assist you. The room was clean and comfortable. I will return for another visit.

"Nice People, TIRED Property"

Convenient to our visit, spacious room and David was very nice. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the place needs a complete refresh. The halls smell from mildew, the rooms are old and need new furniture and carpeting. I would not stay here again if I had a choice until the entire hotel undergoes a remodel.

The staff was so nice specially Monica Brosius at reception helped me with food options and smooth check in and check outs . The staff who arrange breakfast in morning are so supportive and helpfull. Proper cleanliness and pet friendly.

"Excellent on All Levels"

My wife and I stayed here for 5 days during a business trip. Everything was excellent...the room, the service, the breakfast, the quietness. Everything. We had to extend an additional day and they gave us a great rate. I believe some of the employees stayed overnite due to the storm and had their kids stay as well. It was just a fun friendly low-key informal vibe as we were all snowed in for the day. The next day shoveling out they happily assisted us, and had a snow plow going as soon as the storm started to stay on top of things. The GM was out in the parking lot making sure me and other guests could get our cars out and that I was ok shoveling. I would imagine some GMs would be behind their desk in a warm office. Highly recommend on so many levels. When back in the area we know where we will be staying. Well done Homewood Suites Mahwah!
