"Go Army!"

Our favorite hotel for Army West Point football game weekends. Big rooms, quiet area, and the best breakfast I have had while traveling. Great service by Ms. Monica Brosius -- she really made us feel welcome and when the extra mile to resolve any issues we had.

"Pleasant, convenient and very warm welcome"

Our stay though short is very comforting. We arrived late in the night and the person in the reception Ms Monica Brosius gave us the warmest welcome in that very cold evening. She makes sure that we are comfortable and cater to our immediate needs of extra room necessities. The breakfast is also good and this is a highly recommended hotel if ever you decided to stay around Warwick.

"Great value & very clean"

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The person who checked me in, Alexandra, was amazing. She went above and beyond to try to make my friend and me comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fresh and bountiful. The suite was very spacious. The only thing that holds me back from giving this review another star was that the television needs to be updated. The hotel claims that you are able to access Netflix and when we booked, we were assured that we could cast from our phoneโ€ฆ not only is this not true, but the remote control barely worked the television and the program guide times were off. Aside from the disappointment over the TV, our stay was one of the best I have ever had!
