"Helpful staff"

Stayed here several times - love the large family 2 bedroom suite. Had trouble this time with a sour smell in the room - it was awful - that is the reason for my rating this time. But Monica Brosius helped us out which was much appreciated. Decent breakfast and pretty lobby/restaurant area.

"A place like home.. you should definitely stay hereโ€ฆ"

Room was okay. Comfy and in a good location. Breakfast hours is 6-9am only. It should be longer hours like until 10am. Monica was extremely polite and provided excellent customer service from the moment we arrived, she did everything she could to make our check-in process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and dedication truly stood out. Thanks to her, we had a great first impression of the hotel and because of that we decided to stay or extend our stay here for three more days. Weโ€™ll definitely be returning - especially because of the outstanding service we received.

The staff was fair and allowed us to cancel as the room was not accommodating.

The sofa bed was worn down with the springs almost pointing out of the mattress. We were not able to have the kids sleep there. We were able to check in and choose a room in advance however where we arrived we got a totally different room, with a lame excuse.

Breakfast

Room set-up is vey unusual - you go thru the bathroom to get to the bedroom. Furniture is dated and need to be replaced. You can hear every footstep and movement from the room above.

"Overnight stay didnโ€™t disappoint"
