The pool and the gym weren't working during the stay and it was holiday week. Breakfast was good and the hotel was conveniently located

"Bonito por fora, mas peca internamente!"

Atendimento 100%. Fui muito bem atendido pela recepção. Hotel encontra-se sem devida manutenção. Por ser um hotel da marca Mercure, se espera um padrão mais elevado de estrutura e de manutenção, o que não se encontra presente nesta unidade. Uma pena!

"Dias de conforto"

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, tem uma estrutura moderna, tem um atendimento excepcional na recepção, possui quarto amplo e confortável, além de um café que impressiona pela sua diversidade. O único ponto que incomodou foi o número de vagas insuficientes no estacionamento, que é gratuito, no final de semana. Eu e família adoramos a estadia

Achei que o hotel atendeu minhas expectativas no custo benefício. Quartos confortáveis, ar condicionado bom, tudo limpo. O quarto é bem simples mas para quem vai com família de 4 pessoas ficam muito bem acomodados. Café da manhã muito bom e a localização é ótima.
