Hotel com excelente localização, com estacionamento. Pessoal super cordial e prestativos. Quarto familia excelente com 2 quartos e 2 banheiros, alem da copa e sala, ideal para quem viaja em família.

"estrutura muito ruim, atendimento ajuda um pouco"

-estado de conservação ruim, adesivos, madeiras, ferragens - elevador, corredor, quarto, banheiro; -fechadura eletronica eventualmente nao funcionava, forçando deixar o quarto aberto; -chaves magneticas sem acionar o elevador; -não é possível estacionar o carro antes do checkin nem há pessoa do hotel no apoio no momento da chegada. enquanto retiravamos nossas malas, minha filha de 14 anos foi abordada por um cidadao que passava claramente embriagado; -serviço de manutenção sendo feito no corredor com cheiro de cola de madeira dificultando bastante a circulação na area comum do andar; -por ser uma reserva do dia 1/1 ate o dia seguinte, era razoavel pagar um preço maior que o normal para o hotel, bastante aceitável, desde que o padrão do serviço estivesse alinhado ao preço. certamente não estava;

A qualidade do apto é flagrantemente incompatível com o padrão que espero encontrar na rede Accor, especialmente na bandeira Mercure. Fiz reserva com antecedência e acabei alojado num quarto em condições sofríveis (espelho danificado, box deteriorado, pintura com falhas, etc), sob a alegação de inexistência de outras opções.

"Pouco conveniente e custo bednefício regular."

Poderia ter sido melhor. Ar condicionado da sala não resfriava e o do quarto não regulava a temperatura e fluxo de ar. Quartos com péssima acústica e muito barulho do trânsito de veículos. Café da manhã muito bom, pena que as letras pequenas do anúnico "café da manhã disponível", ocultam uma observação importante, "disponível sob pagamento". Chuveiro perfeito. Um elevador estava da chegada a saída inoperante.
