"Great Hotel for our family visit"

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel about five different times. The rooms are large, we had a one bedroom suite. Some of the furnishings are a little worn, but all in all decent. There is a great walking path just next-door at the Discovery Card, corporate headquarters. It’s one of the main reasons we like staying here because we can get a safe walk accomplished without having to drive anywhere. It’s quite lovely. This stay, had one negative component. The room we stayed in although it was designated non-smoking smelled like stale cigarette smoke. It was room 242. We made a complaint to the management about the odor, but they were completely booked, so there was no opportunity for us to find a different room. It was quite noticeable each time we came into the room. There is a good breakfast served each day from 6 until 9 AM, 10 AM on Sunday. The staff was very pleasant and a hard-working kitchen crew. We will stay here again, but I will ask to be able to view the room before we check in to make sure we get one that doesn’t smell.

"It was a nice one night staycation and we very much enjoyed the pool"

Everything was great, pool was nice, location was perfect.

The one bed was very old, lots of springs broken so that was not good at all. The other bed was good.

"Pleasant"

The curtain is too short. The bedroom was very bright in this early morning. Also I heard big noises from water pipes when upstairs guest took shower at 1 am.

Rooms were clean. Good breakfast and coffee that was free.

"Would not recommend "

Hotel was very outdated down to light switch’s and old electrical plugs. Plus no place to plug in your phone by the bed. A/C was either frigid or humid. Bathtub/shower was very small/low to the ground. Bed didn’t have a blanket, just a duvet that barely had any weight to it. Didn’t use pool because water looked murky. Hotel first floor smelled like chlorine.
