Booked king suite, liked the suite room as it was spacious and the king bed, which was comfy. Liked location of the hotel as it was close to expressway.

The sofa bed was completely worn out and not usable for sleeping purposes. There was a problem with their hot water connection in the bathroom. The breakfast option on weekdays could have been better.

Nice friendly service but unfortunately the pool was so disgusting that we couldn't use it. Clean but dated rooms. Would not stay again for the price.

Absolutely not worth the money to stay. The room was below average for the price. Very bad smell from the carpet when you enter the room. The knob of the toilet flush was broken, and I have to tell the front desk to get it replaced. There was no ironing board in the room, and I had to ask to get one. Overall cleanliness of the room was average as well. There was only a standing shower, and the washroom was without any glass or covering of any sort and just a shower curtain was there, and water was coming on to the washroom floor from the bath section. Water in the pool was freezing cold and not at a comfortable temperature, and my kids were shivering with cold and didn't swim at all. Breakfast was also very ordinary. The scrambled eggs were not even cooked well and were raw. Definitely not staying here again.

I don’t ever give reviews but this hotel was actually great! Room was clean, with a microwave and fridge, pool & hot tub, and the breakfast was actually really good! Even the coffee was good. For the price, I feel like it was over my expectations. Definitely will be coming back when I’m in the area.
