InTown Suites Extended Stay Colorado Springs

At the price, I expected a bare bones experience. And it was - no special amenities. It was also clean, quiet, and comfortable. If you are just looking to spend the night or a week and find your amusement elsewhere - this is the place!!

The staff was friendly but I didn’t feel very safe.

My flight was delayed. Called to alert, no answer. Arrived at 10 pm, called the after hours attendant, no response. Emailed hotel, no response.

Property was in disrepair, counters and floors are very worn and dirty looking. One pillow for three people. One towel. One bar of soap. Card reader at the doors often did not function properly.

I booked this hotel in the morning and didn't see that the desk closed at 6:00 pm. Seriously, when was the last time you saw a hotel that didn't allow check in after 6:00 at night?
