My rooms were switched but it got figured out.

I loved how new it felt and was. Very clean too.

Price quite high for the location in the middle of nowhere.

Took forever to check in for a prepaid stay.housekeeping came into room when we had do not disturb on door, same staff came knocking on my door at 10am asking if I was checking out when my checkout time was 11. Got checked upon checkout for a fee that a day later the staff still can’t tell me what it was for when the booking said all taxes and fees included. This was only a 2 day stay I could only imagine if how much would have went wrong if I were there longer

Norma at the concierge lounge is outstanding—gracious, efficient, and genuinely caring. She goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and is the best part of this hotel. Unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by a health hazard. I developed itching and welts and saw a tiny ( microscopic) white mite in my room. Management called in Ecolab, and while the report came back negative, tying all compensation to that result felt dismissive. Mites are microscopic and not easily detected in a quick inspection. Norma is five stars. But the handling of my health concern was not. Guest safety requires more than relying on a single lab report.

Great consistency from Marriott. Clean and comfortable. The linens and towels are soft. Blackout curtains do their job. The staff was warm and welcoming.

Room was clean however the beds were not so comfortable. Staff was friendly. House keeping was great. Breakfast should have been included.

Location, proximity to Richmond and Short Pump town center. Gym is updated.

Rooms were partly updated and partly in need of strict maintenance. Bathroom countertop had turned color in places, wooden closet was breaking and chipping off in places, bathroom had some other dust as well.
