Great location that met my needs. Within walking distance to bus stop and streetcar. Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Room was on 4th floor with a balcony overlooking trees and the river. Great for sipping coffee and watching the sunrise.

This is my 5th stay. I love having my car secure right across from the hotel. The walking path by the river is beautiful. Some of the rooms have balconies overlooking this and it is so peaceful. The rooms are very clean and good sized. We have always had hot water and the beds are comfy. I love that they supply full sized pillows, four to a king bed. The front desk folks are very nice and the panini in the bar is excellent.

Convenient location to hospital for an early morning procedure, nice facilities, dedicated parking lot.

My sheets did not appear clean then I started pulling dog hair off of the bottom sheet then saw some red crusty spot that looked like dried blood and I called the desk to ask for clean sheets which they brought immediately and changed myself. There was a long human hair in the bathtub and the tile hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. There was a bent ransom business card laying next to the tv. It looked like the beds got made but not changed and the room got straightened but not cleaned. There was no mention that parking would be $30 for 1 night. The place looks super nice but dirty rooms are unacceptable for an over $200 a night basic room. Very strange considering the super high reviews this place gets.
