River's Edge Hotel Portland, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Great quiet location overlooking the river with long walking path along the river’s edge. Wonderful restaurant on-site that has fabulous food and cocktails.

We happened to be there during the ICE protests and threats of National Guard being sent to Portland’s “war zone” by crazy Trump. The ICE facility is less than 1/4 mile from hotel and there were constant military helicopters hovering. Kinda ruined the peaceful setting.

I like this area a lot. Stayed here several times. I like that it's by the river, you don't pay for parking and great vegan breakfast options.

I always enjoy my time staying here!! It's such a gorgeous place to stay, the rooms are nice and clean. Minimalistic but nice. The hotel itself is tucked away but convenient since it's in the Portland area! There's a great bar and the people at the front are super friendly.

Polite staff, especially the restaurant staff Paid for view room, did not get it because view rooms do not go to Expedia customers per staff. TV did not work kept locking up and maintenance would have to come and reset it every time we wanted to watch. Then it would lock up again. Carpet was not vacuumed on check in (toenails on floor)

We had a great stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect.

My choice to stay at Rivers Edge was for the proximity to the hospital. But even more than that, the hotel is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. My original stay was for two days. I ended up returning for a third night. The front desk staff treated me like an old friend returning. After a couple of long and stressful days, that was really appreciated.

Clean, friendly staff

What a wonderful property. Wind in the tree tops, river view,quiet. The walking path is great. Watch out for tree roots that lift the asphalt.
