The continental breakfast,affordability,& safe quiet atmosphere!

The first room we received was clean but had an unpleasant heavy cigarette smell in the living room and kitchen. I told the owner & they quickly switched our room with another one that was clean, & smelled nice! The rest of our stay was great! 🙂

Location was good, breakfast decent, staff very pleasant, ample parking.

The first day nobody came and refreshed the linen and new towels, even though I requested clean towels, other than that our stay was very good.

"Best Local Hotel"

We went up for senior awards night at Stonehill College. We booked the Residence Inn Brocton/Easton as we have many times before. This Hotel is really exceptional. The staff is extremely friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Nick, Howard and at this most recent visit Sophia were amazing. There is no other place I would think of staying when traveling to the area. Rooms are clean, neat and very comfortable and the breakfast is perfect to start your day. We will be traveling back up next week for pre-graduation festivities and then again for graduation in two weeks. Thank you Nick, Howard and Sophia for making us always feel welcomed.
