Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Brockton/Easton

It was a great experience for a birthday lil get away with the family they had a nice pool and customer service the gentlemen at the desk was so friendly and kind he really made me feel Welcomed like I was a regular visitor even tho it was my first time I wanted to thank him in the morning but I guess his shift was over and I didn't see him the rest of my stay I think his name was Rick or nick I don't remember but I remember the service first time booking a hotel but he made me feel like a pro checking in

I want to thank Nick and his entire team for their Professionalism and Kindness and Excellence customers service. We became part of the Marriott family because of our experiences we had at that property. Our son was part of the Stonehill College community but since moved on. However when we are in this area again we will be staying here. THANKS NICK and the team. When they remember your voice and name you got me and my community of friends for life. Thanks again

This was by far one of my worst Marriott stays ever

There was a banging noise from mechanical room starting late evening to almost all night. They tried fixing it at 3:00am without any warning that they would disable water and we couldn’t take shower. And then when water was put back on it was all muddy

Breakfast was good, I liked being on the 4th floor.

This time my stay was very accommodating.

Excellent breakfast!! Great variety.

Matratze des Schlafsofas war hauchdünn und nicht sauber. "Abhilfe" wurde geschaffen durch eine dünne Microfaser-Decke, die wir selbst auf die Matratze legen mussten. Obwohl für 4 Personen gebucht, war das Sofa nicht hergerichtet.

My 19-year-old brother arrived at the property on 1/09/26 after travel and was informed he could not check in due to the hotel’s 21+ age policy. While this policy was accepted, what followed is what prompts this complaint. Despite freezing outdoor temperatures and my younger brother not feeling well, the front desk person(a man) refused to allow him to wait briefly in the lobby while his Uber was en route. I personally spoke with him and explained that he was unwell and only needed to remain indoors for a short time until transportation arrived. We were still told he could not remain inside. As if he wasn't mistreated enough, to add insult upon injury he continued monitoring to ensure he left the property, and the only alternatives suggested were for him to go outside or “call an ambulance or the police.” For a Marriott-branded property to force a young traveler into freezing conditions rather than allow a short, supervised wait in a public lobby is extremely concerning from both a safety and customer-care standpoint. We were told a refund would be issued (which I am monitoring), but this complaint is not about the refund. It is about the lack of reasonable discretion, compassion, and basic duty of care shown in this situation. On somewhat of a positive note, my brother told me that his female counterpart was more accommodating but didn't say anything while it happened.
