Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Brockton/Easton

Nick and Kamyssa and the team at the Residence Inn provided our family with a great experience and a great room when we needed it the most. From showing us rooms, to bumping the cleaning timing up to get us in early, to providing a small gift bag of useful items. The room was clean, big, and comfortable with a large enough kitchen to cook our own meals. Thank you!! We'll be back!

Felt that the bed was small for a queen size bed

Poor first impression at the front desk. Inexperienced, not friendly, child like fool who didn’t communicate or make eye contact. Took way too long and didn’t give me my basic request. Hire better people. Neighborhood is terrible

Le bruit du système de chauffage et climatisation qui m'empêchait de dormir et le matelas n'est pas comfortable. On avait beaucoup mal au dos en se réveillant. Le personnel nous avait promis de changer notre chambre le lendemain mais on ne nous a pas revenu dessus. Et notre seule fenêtre donne sur un mur du bâtiment Vu que c'était pour 2 nuits on a enduré la dernière nuit.

Hot tub was nice and hot

Residence inn, Brockton. Yes. The staff from the Manager on down, were kind as well as friendly. Each person I spoke with paid attention and listened. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The choices were great. I shall let others know that when in the area they might consider staying at Marriot Residence Inn/Brockton on Liberty St. I was all around pleased with my whole experience. Thank you for having all these lovely people in your employ. A satisfied guest.
