Staff was very friendly and helpfull. There's a secure car park if you're precious about your car. Our room, the bigger one seemed to have been freshly refurbrished, the bedding and towels were clean, crisp and white, room was spacious, carpet very clean, very comfortable room. I think it was Deluxe double. There was fruit and shortbread complimentary in the room. Nice bathroom. Good water pressure and hot water. Washing gel good quality. There's a nice little gym, which I used. The breakfast was simple, but nice with continental and English selection. The breakfast room was set up very elegantly. I was very pleased with my stay and would recommend it.

Ceasar salad was not washed,it had soil on it. The rest of dishes I ordered for my room service was nice though. There was mix up with my prepaid breakfast, but got rectified. The breakfast coffee was very weak. No real problems though, it was very good overall.

Room was clean, beds comfortable

The hallway was very narrow and smelled horrible. The restaurant that’s connected to the hotels food was okay but alcohol drinks were awful
