The staff was very friendly, it had just been mopped and it was clean.

Barely got into the parking spot and was harassed by homeless people. Also, there was a bullet hole in the elevator which is why I left. I was worried my car would have gotten broken into to that night.

Perfect location, just a few minutes from the city. Free parking always available. The breakfast was good—specifically the savory options.

They definitely need to improve the air conditioning system—in the bedroom, but even more so in the bathroom. The fan wasn't extracting anything; the rooms remained constantly damp and saturated with odors, and there was no air exchange. Memorial Day was a holiday, but breakfast was served according to the weekday schedule (so we didn't have breakfast). The breakfast could be improved regarding the sweet options.
