the receptionist was nice

it was nasty from the front to the back the rooms was horrible floors nasty tub and toilet was half cleaned

Staff was efficient

The place was filthy, had roaches and smelled of mildew. Did not sleep at all. Horrible beds. Was not comfortable in this room at all.

Convenient and staff was friendly and helpful

The room was very disgusting!!! The microwave had food and old paper towel stuck inside, floors were dirty, trash was in a drawer & on the floor beside/behind the dresser in plain sight along with dirty socks and the shower was disgustingly dirty with black hand prints and mushy stuff dripping down the wall. If it wasn’t for everything being booked and myself and my children being desperate for a place to lay our head I would’ve demanded me money back because I recorded everything.

Roaches all over bed. Scary men loitering outside my door drinking and smoking. Dog changed to their door. Broken down truck with flat tires and spray painted windows parked outside of my door. Which was right next to a dumpster and poorly lit. I am a single woman with small children and the environment was not safe, despite having roaches all over the bed. I basically ran out in fear. Booking.com refuses to refund my $180 because I didn’t provide proof. It was 8:30pm when I checked in. How am I going to photo scattered roaches? Or take photos of scary men? Literally asking me to put my children’s safety at risk. Never use booking.com!!

Staff was ahhhhhhmazing! So accommodating under the circumstances! The owner was frantically checking on guests and facilities during ice Storm. Very impressed

Didn't have microwave plate inside microwave. Microwave was little dirty. none of us died over it! The employees were the bomb forreal!
