Super 8 by Wyndham Oxford MS University Area

There was NO breakfast but one tiny muffin & decaf coffee. Others were broken but said they could get us some Frosted Flakes. I told them we were diabetics & just said sorry. Price was good but that was different then on line price

It was not what we expected for a Wyadham hotel & we had trouble getting the price. Sheets clean but cover not nor blanket. The was no breakfast as promised or coffee in room. Bathrooms had cracked seats, tub & basin & no stoppers

Breakfast was awful stale muffins and cereal and a waffle maker that was it no juice or milk for the cereal.

The room was nasty. Beds were uncomfortable. Room I thought I booked was not the room I got but that more a booking.com issue that super 8

Location

I did not like the fact that they were unwilling to change the room to a non-disability room. The room was requested as a non-smoking room. The room Had this bad smell? The sheets were not clean and had burns on, It looked cigar burns. The sliding door to the bathroom did not slide to open or close and it was halfway open but stuck. There was a lot of people outside walking in smoking weed till very late, you could smell it all over. It just felt very insecure place to be. I do not recommend staying here if you are not resting the night.

Room not for 5 people, 2 queens beds not enough The bathroom door is not closing properly! The sink doesn’t have a pop up stopper breakfast not complete, the pool is closed The A/c is too loud

The breakfast was less than desirable, we had to look for our own cups and the area was not clean. Our room had fur on the floor from an animal. You have a great location, and the employees were super friendly and helpful but the cleanliness of the room was disgusting. I don’t mean to be mean but it was just awful, so dirty. I just want to help make it better for the future.
