When we first arrived, our original room was not satisfactory. I went to the front desk (which I never do) and mentioned it to a very sweet lady working the front. She put us in a suite and it absolutely surpassed all expectations. The best staff ever!

Original room was dirty and smelled awful.

The rooms smelled like smoke. Had a headache for 2 days. Even my Nose burning from the smell. ceiling falling in the bathroom, dirty, and mold. Table missing wheel. Person next to us was smoking a joint right outside the door. Would not recommend staying here.

Closeness to campus

Cockroach in room , shower didn’t work , floors were dirty and metal frames for bed were noisy

Good proximity to Ole Miss tailgating and Vaught-Hemingway Stadium & plenty of restaurants nearby.

They should not even advertise that they provide breakfast. There was cereal, and no milk. The coffee, if you can call it that, was the worst coffee I have ever drank in my life. There was no waffle machine. The only “breakfast“ that they had was toast, cups of yogurt, and packets of oatmeal. Pathetic excuse to call a breakfast.

The only thing good about this was the lady who checked us in. This place was absolutely discussing, hair , dirt, trash in room, phine had buttons mising , writing on walls, it pure nasty the pictures are totally misleading we paid allost 300 a night and totally disappointed
